I unknowingly fell in love with UX while working at a startup as a recent college graduate, though I had never heard of “UX” at that point (yes, a tale as old as time!). I would walk around NYC with a tablet asking people on the street to test out key features in a beta version of the product.
Since then, I have spent years interfacing with thousands of users and unpacking qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
As a UX researcher and designer, I have discovered an endless curiosity for figuring out how my team and I can continuously improve how our users engage with our products. My goal is to bring that curiosity and passion wherever I go.
